About Us
FBL Property is a dynamic partnership offering quality houses and accommodation for students near the University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University. We now have over ten years experience managing both our own student houses and some on behalf of other landlords.
We pride ourselves on providing high quality houses, furnishings and appliances and take a genuine interest to ensure that our tenants have a positive and enjoyable experience. Our tenants want somewhere nice to live and are prepared to treat their accommodation with respect. You can ask any of our current tenants for a reference!
All houses have modern hot water and central heating systems and are double glazed.
All kitchens are well-equipped with large fridge freezers, clean cookers and washing machines – many have dishwashers and tumble dryers.
All of our houses have your security in mind, with either five lever locks or security Yale latches on each entry door and all have burglar alarms. Alley-ways are fitted with automatic security lights.
