Mettham street is one of the most popular streets for students from Nottingham University due to its close proximity to the bustling centre of Lenton (with shops/bars/takeaways), the University and to the centre of Nottingham.

During summer 2009, new carpets were fitted on the hall stairs and landing and some bedrooms. We shall also be fitting a flat screen television in the lounge with digital freeview. There will also be double beds in three largest rooms, the room with the single bed will be charged at £57.

There is both a lounge and a kitchen with fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The house has gas central heating, double glazed windows and a burglar alarm.

All bedrooms contain a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Mains linked smoke alarms have been fitted and fire blankets and extinguishers are also provided.
